Hey! My name is Joanaé Lawrence & I’m an actress/model based in NYC.
I have always had a passion for expression through film, television, and photography. In my childhood, I would make short films with my friends and have premieres for the family. I started participating in community plays at the age of six, and by the time I was 12 started working as a professional actress and model.
My passion is in the movies, and I have recently appeared in leading roles for independent films such as "Skin Off", "Heir To The Throne'', "The Big Pitch", and 1860s queer drama "Maiden". Recent theatre credits include Sister James in "Doubt", Natalie in "Where’s My Money?", and #2 in "The Wolves".
